We provide curbside recycling services to residents living outside of Courtenay, Comox and Campbell River.  We also provide recycling pickup to businesses in Courtenay and Comox.

Simply place your recyclables into a blue recycling box, or a similar tote at the end of your driveway on scheduled days.  Our truck and trailer will pick it up, sort it, and leave your bin empty.  No need to load the items into your car, drive to a depot, and sort it yourself in all types of weather.  Our goal is to increase the amount of people recycling, and to make it easier and more efficient for those who already recycle.  To help reduce the amount of missed pickup days we send email reminders the day before.

Businesses can make arrangements for items to be stored in a utility room or even a lunch room.  Curbside staff will remove the items with little or no interruption to business operations.  Please click Business Services and Customers

At First Curbside we are thinking of your children and all of our futures.  By doing your part we can reduce landfills and solid waste, we can use less energy, and we can reduce global warming.

We encourage people to use this website to purchase their services and to pay online, as this will reduce the amount of paper and envelopes produced.  We also encourage our customers to subscribe for one year service.  As a special incentive this subscription offers one month free service.

First Curbside will pick up plastic, aluminum, newspaper, paper, cardboard, and glass.  These items will be delivered to recycling facilities.
